蓝莓全麦薄饼(Blueberry whole wheat pancake)

 

前两个周末去当地的农场采蓝莓,今年的收成好像特别好,蓝莓长的个头比往年要大些,吃起来也好吃,采了好几盒子,放在冰箱里慢慢吃。


新鲜的吃多了,换点花样,也很好吃,o(∩_∩)o… 

 

原料:


1杯中筋面粉(all-purpose flour)
1杯全麦面粉
2个鸡蛋,打散
1又1/2茶勺泡打粉 (baking powder)
1/4茶勺苏打粉 (baking soda)
1/4茶勺盐
1又1/2杯牛奶
1杯新鲜蓝莓
2至4茶勺黄油 (butter),化开


蓝莓酱汁原料:


1杯新鲜蓝莓
1/2杯白糖
1茶勺朗姆酒
1/4杯水
1/2茶勺柠檬汁

 

做法:


将面粉,全麦面粉,泡打粉,苏打粉和盐放在一个大碗里,混合均匀。 牛奶和鸡蛋液在另外一个碗内混合均匀。


将牛奶鸡蛋液慢慢的倒入装着粉类材料的大碗内,搅拌均匀,但是不要过度搅拌哦!o(∩_∩)o… 


将不粘锅用中火烧热,刷上黄油,盛一勺面糊,倒入锅里,摊成圆形,煎到面上冒出很多小气泡时翻面,煎到另外一面也呈金黄色即可。


煎薄饼的同时,将蓝莓酱汁的所有原料放在一个小锅里,大火烧开后转中小火约五六分钟或者直至汤汁粘稠了就好了。


热腾腾的刚出锅的薄饼,浇上香甜的蓝莓酱汁,周末就有了个舒适惬意的开端!

           Hi, Ginny, what a pity! The freshest blueberries taste so much better than the ones sold in grocery store! I strongly suggest you try u-pick bluerry at least once. You won't regret it. It is such a fun experience that you may want to do it again and again every summer, just like me! BTW, how is your summer going? I guess your garden is most pretty and procducing now.            广州可能太热啦,种不了这个东西,听说东北有的,不过很少,估计会很贵。 广州那么多好吃的,我都好羡慕你啊。。。。。    (by   yan)
