腊鸡腿

 

这个腊鸡腿是跟腊肠同时做的(自制腊肠),因为鸡大腿上的肉比较厚,所以风干的速度比腊肠要慢将近一周的时间,好不容易等到干的差不多,赶紧蒸了一个来尝尝。

哇,不尝不知道,一尝忘不掉!比腊肠还好吃耶!LD 看看竹竿上剩下的9只鸡腿,说:“老婆,我们再去买50个鸡腿回来做吧?”

 

 

原料:

 

10只大鸡腿(连着大腿thigh的那种)
1/2杯高度白酒(40°的伏特加)
3大勺白糖
1大勺花椒面
1茶勺王守义十三香
1/4杯酱油
1大勺姜茸
盐适量

 

 

做法很简单,将鸡腿清洗干净以后,用竹签子或者牙签在鸡腿上扎小眼,越多越好,为的是入味均匀些。

 

然后拌上所有的调料,密封好,放在冰箱里腌两三天后,拿出来,挂在阴凉通风的地方大约3个礼拜就好了。

 

吃的时候,要把鸡腿表面的灰用热水清洗干净,然后上锅蒸约20分钟。冷吃热吃均可,冷吃更有风味哦!

留言: Wow! 腊鸡! (Me drooling here!) I saw from some other site that when you are making 腊鸡, there should be no sun light. Does it matter? Looks so very yummy!

           你说的没错,做腊肠腊鸡腿之类的都需要在阴凉通风的地方晾干,不要直接暴晒,我个人觉得鸡腿比腊肠好吃好做还方便,o(∩_∩)o...     (by   yan)

留言: Will there be bugs flying around it if I hang it outdoors? If I hang them indoors, and put a fan on, does that count to be ventilated? My basement laundry room is pretty cool (~50 degree usually) Is that a good temperature?
