芝麻蒜香脆脆棒

 

 

想了半天，好不容易憋出这么个名字来，芝麻蒜香脆脆棒，嗯，有芝麻，还有蒜粉，又酥又脆，咱没骗人，绝对是名副其实的哦！ O(∩_∩)o… 

 

 

原料：

 

1张酥皮（puff pastry）
1大勺白芝麻
2茶勺蒜粉
1个鸡蛋
盐适量

 

 

做法：

 

酥皮按照包装上面的说明在室温下解冻40分钟，然后切成小指头粗细的小条。

 

鸡蛋打散成蛋液，均匀的刷在酥皮条上面，然后依次均匀的撒上盐，蒜粉和白芝麻，放到铺了锡箔纸的烤盘里，送入预热到400F/约204度的烤箱内，烤16到20分钟或者酥皮上色了即可。

 

 

 

 

相当的好吃！

酥皮若回软了不再酥脆，放入烤箱烤几分钟便可恢复口感。

           I have yu choy, bok choy, white radish icicle, long beans, fuzzy melon, tomato, yellow squash, water melon and lettuce. The cherry tree was there when we bought the house. We also have an apple tree (which was also there when we bought the house) which gave very small apples last year (and a bit sour and tart). There are A LOT OF flowers when we bought the house. My Dad had helped me pull some down because they were attracting A LOT OF bees.     (by   ginnycook)

留言: yan mm的照片好漂亮，高手阿，我用傻瓜机拍都会抖，sigh！ 我想请教一个问题，parchment paper是在哪里买的呢？kroger, walmart?一般会放在哪个专区呢？我都没有找到阿。还是在专卖店才有卖？

           o(∩_∩)o... 受到表扬了，让我美一下先。。。。。。。 Parchment paper 可能每个店摆的位置不太一样，我从kroger买的，跟保鲜袋铝箔纸垃圾袋什么的放在一起，你可以去那个位置看看，如果实在找不到，可以问问店员，我肯定美国grocery店都有卖的。     (by   yan)
