薄脆

做薄脆是为了吃煎饼果子,因为是油炸出来的,单吃会觉得油腻,,但是夹在煎饼果子里面却是相当相当的好吃啊!

 

原料:

1杯中筋面粉
1/3杯+2大勺水
1/4茶勺盐
2茶勺油
1/2茶勺泡打粉

做法:

面粉跟盐和泡打粉混合均匀,加入水和油,揉成面团,醒面20到30分钟。

醒好的面团擀薄成大片,切成小长方形,每个长方形的面片里再划几刀,下油锅炸成金黄色。

因为加了泡打粉,炸的时候,会自然而然的鼓出许多的大泡,很好玩。
