煎凉粉

那天看见lucky姥爷做的煎粉,看着真好吃,所以上次做凉粉的时候,特意留了一半,做煎凉粉吃。

煎凉粉跟直接做出来的凉粉完全不一样的口感,表面脆脆的,中间软软的,拌着香辣的调料,还有花生米的酥香,真的很好吃,我个人认为比普通拌凉粉还要赞!

 

原料:

1块凉粉
酱油
香油
香醋
白糖
芝麻酱
蒜茸
葱花
香菜
油辣椒
花生碎
红油
盐

做法:

将凉粉切成小块,平底锅放灶上烧热,加油,然后放入凉粉,慢慢煎至表面结出硬壳,盛出,拌上调料即可。
