冰糖银耳莲子羹

糖水,不仅仅在广东和香港才有哦,在广西,也是大街小巷随处可见的,银耳莲子汤,银耳花生,芝麻糊,花生糊,清补凉,甘蔗马蹄水,等等等。。。。冬天喝热乎乎的,夏天喝冰镇的,只是广西糖水名气不如广东那边的大,所以知道的人不多,其实也是非常美味的,O(∩_∩)O~

前几年感恩节过后的black Friday凑热闹买了小小的慢炖锅,用处不大,一度想扔掉,后来发现用来炖杂粮粥,八宝粥和银耳莲子羹,太方便好用了,头天晚上把材料加水放进锅里,第二天一早,保准给炖的软糯但米粒谷粒还能保持形状不走形,口感也好,还没有糊锅的危险,太赞了,就留着做炖粥和甜汤的专用锅啦!

 

 

原料:

1朵银耳
15到20枚莲子
4到5大勺冰糖
水适量

 

做法很简单,银耳掰成小块,洗干净。干莲子里若有莲心,要去掉,不然会苦。

银耳,莲子,冰糖和水,一起放到慢炖锅slow cooker里面,炖一晚上,第二天早上起来,就有绵软滑糯的银耳莲子羹啦!
